Is my account protected?

Yes. We take security extremely seriously. Our systems are continuously monitored and updated 24/7, with proactive security patching in place. All data is transmitted using SSL encryption, and our infrastructure is secured by enterprise-grade firewalls. We also perform hourly backups, and our cloud-based architecture is designed for reliability so your service remains available at all times.​​

Who owns the data stored in my APR account?

You do. All information you upload or create remains entirely yours. We respect the confidentiality of your templates and client data, and APR will never claim ownership of, access, or share your content. You can sync reports with common cloud storage platforms, and you can download your data at any time if you choose to leave the service.

How does the free trial work?

Once you sign up and confirm your email address, you’ll gain instant access to the full platform for 7 days. No payment is required during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends—or simply don’t add payment details—your account will close automatically with no charges. If you continue into a paid plan, you can still cancel later, but any fees already incurred up to the end of your billing period are non-refundable.​​

Can I change plans during the trial?

Absolutely. You can start your trial on any plan and switch plans whenever you like through the Billing section. Any downgrade will apply from the next billing cycle, allowing you to explore all features during your trial before deciding which plan best suits your needs. Plan changes remain available at any time after subscribing.

Am I tied into a long-term contract?

No. APR operates on a flexible subscription basis with no long-term commitments. You pay monthly and can cancel whenever you wish.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Cancelling your account is quick and straightforward and takes just a few clicks from your dashboard. Once cancelled, no further charges will be applied, and your data will never be shared with third parties.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account data will be retained for up to 90 days following your last payment. If you need extended storage without full access, our support team can arrange a reduced-fee storage option for you.

Are there any additional costs beyond my plan?

No. Your subscription determines how many reports and properties are included.​​

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept online payments via debit or credit card only. Billing begins 30 days after signup and runs monthly. Payments can be cancelled at any time. As our billing is fully automated, we’re unable to accept payments by phone, cheque, or bank transfer.​​

What equipment do I need?

Any modern device with internet access will work. The platform is compatible with iOS and Android devices, PCs and Macs, desktops and laptops—allowing you to manage inspections and reports from anywhere.

What types of reports can I create?

APR supports a wide range of industries and inspection types, all fully customisable.​​​ For residential lettings, reports include Inventories, Check-Ins, Check-Outs, Interim Inspections. These reports allow comparisons with previous inspections and help reduce disputes.​​​ Property management reports cover inspections, health and safety checks, meter readings, legionella assessments, HMO inspections, and more.​​​

Do I need internet access to work?

Internet access is not required while completing reports in the field. Using our mobile apps, you can download appointments, capture photos, and complete reports offline. Once you reconnect, your work syncs automatically. An internet connection is required to access the online dashboard.​​​

What support is available?

​All plans include 24/7 support through our help centre. You’ll find documentation, feature updates, and community discussions, and you can contact our team directly. We also provide free online demos and optional training webinars to help your team get started quickly, along with ongoing guides and video tutorials.

Can APR integrate with other software?

Currently we do not offer integrations however this is scheduled on our road map for future development.
